UPS & DHL (USA and Worldwide)

We use UPS and DHL to deliver to the USA and worldwide. Delivery time is about 3 - 7 business days, and the delivery cost is 75 USD. You can order multiple items and send them in one shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

Processing Orders: We usually ship your order within Seven days after receiving your payment. If your ordered items are out of stock, please allow us about 2 - 3 weeks to make new ones for you. We will update you every week about the production progress. After shipping your order, we will email you a tracking number in 24 hours. In your shipping package, you will receive a jewelry box for each piece of your gold jewelry.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses: As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud for all payments with credit cards & more via PayPal, we will ship your orders to the shipping addresses shown on your PayPal payment transactions only.

P.O. Box, APO, and FPO Addresses: We ship to street addresses, but we are sorry that we do not ship to P.O. Box, APO, and FPO addresses.

Adult Signature Required for Delivery: All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery, so please make sure that an adult is available at your shipping address to sign for your shipping package at the time of delivery.

Importer: When you order items from RoyalThaiGold®, a recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Title and risk of loss for items ordered will be transferred to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in Thailand.

Shipping Insurance: We will reimburse lost or damaged items during delivery for the insured items only. Therefore, to protect your order from the time it leaves RoyalThaiGold® to the time it arrives at your door, please contact us to purchase shipping insurance for your shipment. If you buy the insurance, we need to declare the total value of your order to the Customs.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: We ship your orders from Thailand. Before delivery to the recipient, a recipient's shipment may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other destination country charges. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. RoyalThaiGold® has no control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates for the fees expected. Please get in touch with your local customs office for further details. However, please contact us for information to pay less or no import taxes.

Privacy: International shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment, and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.
